The name of the register is the JONI Media customer register.
What information do we collect?
The customer's first name, last name, country, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number are stored in the customer register. For business customers, the company name, business ID, VAT number and, if applicable, the e-invoicing address are also stored.
How is the data collected?
We collect personal data about customers mainly from contact and quote request forms submitted by customers themselves on our website. We also collect information manually, for example by telephone in connection with customer service or sales.
In addition to the information provided by our customers, we also collect information on our websites and services through cookies for the purposes of analysing and developing the use of our websites and services and targeting marketing and advertising.
We also collect information from public sources, such as the Trade and Companies Register and from other providers of business data. The information we collect from these sources includes company information and contact details of company decision-makers, such as name, email address and telephone number.

The customer register is treated confidentially. The register is used only by persons whose job description includes its use. Each user of the register has a personal username and password. Users are bound by confidentiality.

We disclose personal data to our supplier, marketing, logistics, payment and accounting partners to enable our operations. We may also disclose information otherwise to fulfil contractual obligations or as required by law or competent authority.
